Shipping policy

We carefully do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. Orders that are in stock and are placed on workdays will be shipped at the end of the week. However, we do not always succeed in this, sometimes products are not in stock and then the delivery of your order may take a little longer. On the product page there is an indication of the delivery time. If for any reason we cannot meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.

Delivery is via the package delivery of GLS and will always have a tracking. In general, once we ship from our warehouse the delivery will take place the next working day (BE & NL) between 9:00 and 18:00. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee the time of delivery.

We ship to all of Europe, but if your country isn't listed, we unfortunately can't ship to you. This could be because of heavy import restrictions duties or air freight for e.g. US and Canada.
